Sr. Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve Cross-Border Seller Experience, Customer Experience, Delivery Experience, and Cost to Serve for the Latam market.
• Monitor and execute projects on time while maintaining high quality standards.
• Communicate project progress effectively across the organization.
• Drive system, tool, and process improvements to automate manual tasks within purchasing and operations workflows.
• Develop and analyze key business metrics to execute recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Partner with finance, accounting, global mile, and operations teams to enhance cross-border delivery and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, product management, project management, or financial analysis.
• Proven experience using data and metrics to determine and drive business improvements.
• Experience leading analysis, customer segmentation, or product behavior analysis.
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Bachelor's degree or above.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in driving process improvements or business strategy.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations or non-tech program management.
• Proficiency in SQL or other analytical tools for conducting deep-dive data analysis.
• Master's degree or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related quantitative field.
