Sr. Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Selling Partner Experience (SPX) enhancement initiatives for Vendors and Sellers within the Retail Business Services organization.
• Identify, categorize, and size defects such as stranded inventory, Hazmat suppression, and image non-compliance.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, including opportunity sizing, solution implementation, and impact reporting.
• Partner with tech and product teams to prioritize roadmaps and brainstorm solutions for partner pain points.
• Establish joint goals and regular review cadences with emerging country leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to build baseline metrics and identify alternate data sources for emerging markets.
• Drive adoption of automation tools and develop scalable playbooks for regional nuances.
• Deliver regular progress updates and leadership reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, complex lookups, and nested formulas).

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or a related field.
