Sr. Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Cross Border selection initiatives end-to-end by building scalable strategies and processes.
• Work across Global Expansion teams, including Business, Technology, Operations, and Support, to develop selection enablement strategies.
• Drive automation and manage selection expansion through the launch of new cross-border arcs.
• Manage and drive innovative international business solutions by working backwards from the customer.
• Partner with global teams to lead technological innovations and product developments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive business improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or a related field.
