Sr Professional, Client Delivery Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and setup of SaaS products.
• Oversee SaaS solution implementations, coordinating with internal teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, or technical challenges during the delivery process.
• Facilitate customer discovery, technical calls, and client meetings, including creating agendas and maintaining documentation.
• Coordinate with product development teams to manage enhancements, custom requests, and continuous product improvements.
• Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting using ClickUp to ensure visibility for senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of client delivery or project management experience within a SaaS company.
• Proven expertise in project management and the ability to manage multiple complex projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of SaaS product implementation processes and workflows.
• Experience working within Agile project environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing high-level client relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry or adjacent sectors.
• Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management software.
• Knowledge of SQL and business analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with APIs and technical configurations.
