Sr Professional, Client Delivery Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement robust system solutions that align with business goals.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans.
• Perform data analysis, query writing, and report development to support decision-making.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts while managing end-to-end implementations and projects.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of system solutions and provide ongoing maintenance support.

Requirements

• BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency with Matrix or other MLS products.
• Strong experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of Agile Development Methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the real estate or an adjacent industry.
• Proven ability to lead solutioning discussions for complex, integrated software systems.
