Sr Production Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist with the oversight and direction of day-to-day Command Center IT Operations.
• Act as the primary backup for the Command Center Supervisor, providing leadership during escalations and major incidents.
• Facilitate Major Incident response and resolution activities, ensuring clear communication of impact to business stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on technical support across multiple operational areas to ensure system and network stability.
• Direct daily activities of team members, including coaching, mentoring, and assisting with onboarding and training.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems.
• Manage staffing coverage, including scheduling, PTO, and holiday coverage.

Requirements

• Demonstrated IT leadership experience, preferably in Operations, Command Center, Service Desk, or Infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience supporting Incident Management processes and facilitating major incident communications.
• Strong technical support experience across multiple IT domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field or equivalent professional work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work a specific shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Eastern Time, Sunday through Tuesday, with rotating Saturdays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, CompTIA A+, CCNA, or ITIL.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure operational environment.
