Sr Production Plan Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize manufacturing resources
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely material availability and production flow
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and production issues to maintain on-time delivery performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain planning and execution processes
• Maintain accurate production data and reports to support decision-making and performance tracking

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain coordination within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain coordination
• Knowledge of materials management, SIOP processes, and MRP/MPS systems
• Experience with project management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and influence decision-making
