Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain master production schedules to align with demand forecasts and assembly capacity
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely availability of SKD/CKD kits
  • Optimize inventory levels to ensure just-in-time (JIT) delivery while minimizing excess stock
  • Implement lean material flow strategies and pull systems to reduce waste
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including handling, storage, and tracking of materials
  • Manage import/export processes for SKD/CKD kits and ensure compliance with customs regulations
  • Oversee U.S. Customs clearance procedures, including documentation and tariff classification
  • Coordinate transportation and freight logistics for inbound materials and outbound vehicles
  • Utilize ERP/MRP systems for production scheduling and inventory tracking
  • Generate and analyze production control reports and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in production control, logistics, or supply chain management in automotive or commercial vehicle manufacturing
  • Hands-on experience with low-volume manufacturing and SKD/CKD assembly operations
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics
  • Understanding of international shipping, customs compliance, and logistics regulations
  • In-depth experience with U.S.-China automotive parts trade operations and U.S. import/export regulations
  • Familiarity with bonded warehouse operations and U.S. Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
