Sr Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales quotas through the direct sale of Acute Therapies products and services.
• Manage territory and accounts by identifying key decision-makers and understanding hospital procurement and ICU workflows.
• Provide technical, clinical, and administrative demonstrations to ICU teams, nephrologists, and nursing staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for acute care teams, addressing clinical questions and therapy-specific requirements.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in ICU, critical care, and renal replacement environments.
• Build and maintain trust with hospital stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Support tender and contract proposals to achieve successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Clinical Education, and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital sales, specifically within acute care, critical care, or medical devices.
• Proven expertise in managing hospital accounts and clinical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving territory growth.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospital tender management and procurement processes.
• Ability to deliver clinical product training, CME sessions, and therapy education to healthcare professionals.
• Experience with CKRT, TPE, or Anticoagulation Systems.
