Sr Product Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build components of a large-scale orchestration platform for VOD ad serving
• Contribute to engineering best practices, including design patterns, CI/CD, code review, and automated testing
• Drive innovation by applying state-of-the-art technologies such as LLM-assisted processing or model-driven decisioning
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, experimentation, implementation, and testing
• Collaborate with program managers, product managers, SDETs, and researchers in an innovative environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and coding backend services
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in at least one language on the JVM
• Experience working with cloud providers
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proven ability to investigate technical components and take ownership of feature development

Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehensive experience with SpringBoot and related Spring projects
• Experience with non-relational databases such as DynamoDB
• Proficiency with Redis and/or MemCache
• Hands-on experience with AWS or other major cloud providers
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Background in the Ad Tech industry
• Experience with prompt/tool pattern design, function calling, streaming, and context management
