About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead global release management for advertising products, tools, and services to ensure seamless launches and operational excellence.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between product and service organizations to mitigate launch risks and protect the customer experience.
- Develop and implement scalable processes, roadmaps, and project plans to automate repeatable activities and improve productivity.
- Track program health and success by evaluating performance and deriving insights through structured data analysis.
- Engage with global stakeholders to understand priorities, manage dependencies, and drive large-scale cross-team initiatives.
- Provide data-driven business understanding of release impacts to influence product development strategy and prioritization.
Requirements
- Strong program management and analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proven experience in strategy, change management, and rolling out large-scale initiatives.
- Experience executing both strategic and operational projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to lead and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional global stakeholder groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and earn trust at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers and make informed trade-offs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the digital advertising or ad serving industry.
- Working knowledge of Amazon DSP.
