Sr. Product Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive messaging and positioning to articulate the value of SailPoint's identity security solutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive global awareness and demand.
• Create high-impact content including executive briefs, white papers, sales decks, blogs, and webinars.
• Establish thought leadership through customer-focused storytelling and market education.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence to inform differentiated messaging.
• Deliver sales and partner enablement assets, plays, and training to equip field teams.
• Define and track success metrics for content, GTM, and enablement programs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or thought leadership.
• Experience in cybersecurity, privileged access, identity and access management (IAM), or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of executing GTM initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills with experience presenting to executives and sales teams.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and sales teams.
• BA/BS degree required.
