Sr. Product Marketing & NPI Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing story and positioning for HP’s collaboration software solutions, including Poly Lens and Poly Studio apps.
• Lead new product launches (NPI) by translating technical features into compelling customer benefits.
• Develop high-impact sales tools, presentations, training materials, and demo videos to equip sellers and partners.
• Deliver product and roadmap presentations to customers and partners to communicate the long-term vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and sales to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in the positioning and messaging of complex B2B technology solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill technical information into narratives.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work hands-on with products to evaluate features and identify enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience presenting or demonstrating technical solutions directly to customers or end users.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environments.
