Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
• Co-develop new product concepts, ensuring they are viable, feasible, and desirable by integrating regional insights with technical capabilities.
• Manage the regional product portfolio lifecycle, from launch to retirement, and own the regional product roadmap.
• Set regional MSRP and COGs targets aligned with market dynamics and portfolio strategy.
• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) and Development Decision (DR) processes to ensure successful product launches.
• Deliver impactful product training to internal teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or category management experience.
• Experience working within regional-global organizations.
• Proven ability to use data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated success in identifying market opportunities and influencing product development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong product sense with the ability to balance consumer needs with business objectives.
• Ability to create unique positioning and compelling messaging for products.
