About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and go-to-market for Lyft Ads' programmatic business and Audience Extension solutions
  • Develop compelling narratives, positioning frameworks, and packaging structures for agencies and brands
  • Define commercial and product strategy including deal structures, pricing, and audience segmentation
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key programmatic partners including DSPs, SSPs, and data clean rooms
  • Influence commercial negotiations and deal structuring across the programmatic partner ecosystem
  • Serve as the primary business point of contact for programmatic demand and measurement partners

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising with depth in programmatic, ad tech, or commerce/retail media
  • Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs, clean rooms)
  • Experience structuring and negotiating commercial partnerships with technology and demand-side platforms
  • Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies and pricing frameworks
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a commerce media company, mobility platform, or retail media network
  • Familiarity with audience extension products and off-platform programmatic solutions
  • Prior experience in product marketing, strategy, or bizdev within an ad tech organization
  • Understanding of location-based advertising and mobility data
