Sr Product Marketing Manager, PARP Strategy

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives for the Pick Up and Return Point (PARP) network to achieve growth targets.
• Own customer-facing growth levers including eligibility, discoverability, conversion, and retention.
• Lead high-visibility initiatives by partnering with Country PARP teams, Amazon Logistics, and product/engineering teams.
• Author high-stakes narratives and documents for VP/SVP leadership to shape investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities and develop long-range strategies to accelerate the business flywheel.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Proven experience using data and metrics to drive business improvements.
• Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, charts, and pivot tables.
• Experience communicating complex results and strategic plans to senior leadership.
• Experience creating and managing complex, cross-functional project plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for deep data analysis.
• Success in driving execution of large-scale project plans involving multiple global teams.
• Experience leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware product launches.
