Sr. Product Manager, Upstream Filtration Systems

Responsibilities

• Derive product strategy and tactics to manage the product life cycle and ensure year-over-year business growth
• Support the global Sales organization with product positioning, sales tools, training, and competitive analysis
• Create and drive commercial strategies for new product releases
• Analyze and respond to technical questions regarding product use, performance, quality, and service features
• Develop forecasts to ensure accurate demand planning, product build, and revenue attainment
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to develop or improve products based on Voice of Customer (VOC)
• Work with Operations and Customer Service to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Drive resolution of customer inquiries and complaints by coordinating with Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and R&D
• Assess business performance through KPI tracking and recommend appropriate pricing and discounting

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline
• 7-10 years of experience in commercial product management, business management, or sales and marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio)
• Ability to travel up to 20% (including global travel)
• Strong strategic, tactical, and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience with hardware/equipment and filtration operations in bioprocessing
