Sr. Product Manager, Upstream Filtration

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the global Sales organization, including product positioning and in-field support.
• Support product development and commercialization for new products and line extensions within the XCell portfolio.
• Act as the primary interface between Product, R&D, and Marketing teams to manage launches and VOC coordination.
• Manage product stewardship, including part configuration, master data maintenance, and product lifecycle activities.
• Drive resolution of customer inquiries and quality investigations in collaboration with QA.
• Generate forecasts to ensure accurate demand planning and support operational planning.
• Conduct business analyses to identify market trends and provide actionable insights for business planning.

Requirements

• BS degree in a Scientific or Engineering discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in Product Management, Business Management, or Sales.
• Knowledge of the bioprocessing industry.
• Experience managing a hardware portfolio with integrated software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel globally up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the biopharmaceutical or life science industries.
• Knowledge of Upstream Cell Culture and/or Intensification operations.
• Experience with bioreactor operations.
• Proficiency in running Excel models for revenue, pricing, and margin analysis.
