Sr. Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy across multiple product areas to expand market reach and delight customers
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and go-to-market teams to integrate customer insights into the product lifecycle
• Spearhead the ideation and delivery of solutions that solve critical real-world challenges in the construction industry
• Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes and customer input loops
• Champion the customer by diving deep into construction, legal, and risk management domains
• Influence product vision and mentor other Product Managers to set a high bar for craft and rigor

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven product management experience working on technology-powered products
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives from discovery to launch
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance long-term strategy with iterative execution
• Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, visual, and narrative formats
• Solid understanding of engineering, design, and product management practices
• Experience managing full go-to-market launches, including pricing, positioning, and rollout coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction, legal, or risk management industries
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-driven product experiences
• Experience in B2B SaaS or construction technology environments
• Experience mentoring or leveling up junior and mid-level PMs
