Sr. Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and ship immersive new ways of diving into the game catalog by harnessing personalization capabilities
• Establish requirements for viable products based on business goals and prioritizations
• Identify technical dependencies and establish development timelines
• Perform product performance analysis to measure outcomes against forecasted expectations
• Author PRDs and technical briefs for engineering implementation
• Lead cross-functional workshops to define product vision and resolve implementation ambiguity
• Define and manage A/B testing strategies for product optimization
• Operationalize experimentation and analytics frameworks using BI platforms

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Four years of experience in product development
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
• Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, and Figma
• Experience analyzing market and industry trends
• Experience managing product portfolios and developing data-driven insights
