About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a Knowledge Governance Framework from scratch, defining ownership models, content standards, and review cadences.
- Own end-to-end configuration and maintenance of the AI-powered knowledge platform to ensure content is accurately structured and refreshed.
- Build processes to capture and document tacit knowledge and consolidate information from scattered sources like emails and chat tools.
- Serve as the primary liaison between JP 3P and the global product team to influence the central product roadmap.
- Develop and track metrics regarding knowledge health, coverage, and utilization to drive a maturity roadmap.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and build incentive models to embed knowledge sharing into daily workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
- Experience working with Data & AI related technologies (e.g., AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, or Databases).
- Fluency in Japanese (N1+ level) and proficiency in Business English (verbal and written).
- Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple locations.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and drive improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and influencing strategy across functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with technical stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize product features.
- Experience collaborating effectively with science, data processing, and software engineering teams.
- Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing.
