Sr. Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the SampleMinded Research (SMR) product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Align product delivery with clinical, lab, and operational requirements
• Translate complex user and business needs into prioritized features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Affairs, lab teams, and IT partners
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
• Manage the product backlog through grooming and prioritization in alignment with OKRs
• Communicate product strategy and progress to executives and key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5 years of professional product management experience
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products or services
• Expertise in product discovery, delivery, and modern product management methodologies
• Strong business analysis skills, including process flow definition and KPI establishment
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations, or Business
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, diagnostics, or other regulated environments
• Strong technical understanding of systems, integrations, and APIs
• Experience using data and analytics tools to inform product decisions
