Sr Procurement/Purchasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive supply chain sustainability by managing supplier ESG risks, compliance, and improvement activities in alignment with RBA standards.
• Deploy the Renesas Code of Conduct to suppliers and monitor compliance and operational management.
• Execute, collect, and review supplier ESG Self-Assessment Questionnaires (SAQ) to perform risk assessments and provide feedback.
• Manage supplier investigations regarding chemical substance usage and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Promote corrective and improvement activities through direct communication with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain and strengthen the supply chain ESG management system.
• Support external information disclosure regarding supplier ESG activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coordination and negotiation with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in procurement within the manufacturing industry.
• Professional experience related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.
• Experience in conducting various investigations, data aggregation, analysis, and creating reporting materials.
