Sr. Procurement Functional Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the global Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, ensuring seamless hand-offs between Zip (intake) and Oracle Fusion (purchasing/payables).
• Act as the functional lead for both Zip and Oracle Fusion Procurement, configuring complex intake workflows and supplier portals.
• Own the functional health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration, monitoring data flow for Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Master Data.
• Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting to translate business policies into technical logic.
• Manage data governance and compliance, ensuring mapping of Category Codes, Cost Centers, and Tax attributes remains audit-ready.
• Oversee quarterly release management and impact assessments for both platforms to prevent workflow disruptions.
• Drive the adoption and governance of AI-driven automation and Oracle's embedded AI agents within the S2P process.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Model).
• 1+ years of experience with Zip (Zip HQ).
• Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycles, 3-way matching, and CLM.
• Proven experience managing API-based integrations between intake tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
• Strong process engineering skills with the ability to map complex, cross-functional business workflows.
• Systems thinking mindset with an understanding of how upstream changes impact downstream General Ledger and AP functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an organization transitioning to the Oracle Cloud Ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Global Trade Management.
• Experience with third-party supporting software such as Ironclad or Navan.
• Exposure to the Data Center Infrastructure industry.
• Relevant professional certifications, such as Oracle Cloud certifications.
• Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
