About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a category within the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) domains
  • Create and implement sourcing strategies to drive efficiencies, reduce risks, and lower costs
  • Achieve cost savings through competitive bidding and effective negotiation strategies
  • Analyze category data and market trends to drive procurement strategies
  • Lead supplier selection processes and conduct business reviews to improve performance
  • Build strong relationships with internal customers and manage contracts post-execution

Requirements

  • 2+ years of program, project, or product management experience
  • 6+ years of related industry experience
  • 8+ years of data analysis experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
  • 8+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
  • Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
  • Proven track record in global supplier negotiations and cost reduction
  • Experience with best-in-class procurement processes including RFX, benchmarking, and should-cost models
