Sr Procurement Buyer

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end purchasing process, including identifying needs, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Evaluate potential suppliers through due diligence to secure cost-effective and high-quality purchases.
• Monitor and control purchasing costs by seeking savings opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and responsive supply chain.
• Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations, compliance standards, and internal company policies.
• Implement sourcing strategies that focus on supplier diversity, sustainability, and innovation.
• Leverage procurement software and analytics to enhance monitoring and reporting processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or buying.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Deep knowledge of buying strategies, supplier relations, and cost control.
• Proficiency with procurement software and digital tools.
