Sr. Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes by designing new formulations and defining equipment requirements.
• Analyze and interpret experimental results to establish process parameters, material specifications, and operating limits.
• Initiate and lead projects focused on introducing innovative concepts, automation technologies, and improved processing approaches.
• Evaluate processing methods used in product manufacturing to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
• 2-3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing processes (semiconductor manufacturing experience such as SMT, Die Attach, or Wire Bond is preferred).
• Proficiency in Statistical Analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Strong skills in Root Cause Analysis (RCA, 8D, FMEA) and problem-solving methodologies like Six Sigma.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English with the ability to communicate ideas and project updates fluently.
• Experience with data analysis, process validation, and scale-up from pilot to production.
