Sr Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering resources in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Provide technical support to junior engineers and technicians
• Evaluate process cost, quality, and capability alternatives to drive continuous improvement through automation
• Plan and execute work-streams for projects including equipment selection, installation, and start-up
• Utilize statistical tools and Lean methodologies (DMAIC/DESGN) to support robust manufacturing processes
• Interface with external machine builders and suppliers to deliver integrated process systems on-time and on-budget
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and implement robust Product Quality Architecture
• Drive safety and ergonomic improvements through iKaizen and 5S implementation

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronic, or a related engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Bilingual communication skills
• Proficiency in statistical analysis (e.g., regression, Hypothesis Testing, DOE, Process capability)
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proven project management skills and leadership potential within project teams
