Sr. Principal, Platform Architecture - Teamcenter

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of product lifecycle management using Siemens Polarion and Teamcenter applications
• Create and maintain architectural blueprints, functional/technical specifications, and design documents for Teamcenter solutions
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and customization of Teamcenter client and server-side components, including BMIDE, workflows, and data models
• Design and implement integrations between Teamcenter and other enterprise applications such as CAD, PLM, and ALM tools
• Provide technical direction to development teams and mentor junior architects to ensure alignment with industry best practices
• Plan and execute data migration activities involving ETL processes
• Partner with vendors and internal IT teams to oversee the upgrades and deployment of Siemens Teamcenter modules

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7 years of relevant experience in platform architecture or related fields
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience architecting and configuring the Siemens suite, specifically Polarion and Teamcenter
• Deep knowledge of Teamcenter modules including Requirements Management, Risk Management, and Change Management
• Expertise with Teamcenter customization tools and frameworks such as ITK, SOA, RAC, and Active Workspace
• Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and web services integration frameworks
• Experience working within a regulated industry, such as medical devices
• Experience with the validation of GxP applications
