Sr Principal Engineer, Containers

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Design Owner and global representative for the product line
• Organize and execute product design changes and new product registrations in compliance with international regulations
• Provide technical assessment for design, labeling, raw materials, and manufacturing processes
• Design and develop solution bags, including filling, sealing, and packaging materials
• Lead testing, validation, and prototyping activities to ensure user needs are met
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure scalable production
• Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving for design interfaces with other devices
• Maintain DHF documentation and ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices
• Mentor and hire Graduate Engineers and Research associates

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Polymer Science and Technology or Mechanical Engineering
• 11 to 16 years of experience in polymer material development and design
• Experience in flexible packaging film development and characterization
• Proven track record in polymeric material development for healthcare primary packaging
• Strong stakeholder management skills (local and global)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Renal container domain
