About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Process Engineering support for the Global Facility Delivery team to ensure right-first-time and on-schedule facility start-up.
- Define and own aspects of the integrated Operational Readiness Plan, including SOP development and automation optimization.
- Own the Performance Qualification strategy and execution for the assigned area of responsibility.
- Lead and support the technology transfer of new processes into the new manufacturing facility.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment and processes.
- Utilize root cause analysis to investigate process and equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and document equipment performance to maintain ongoing qualification and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Process, Chemical, Biochemical Engineering, or a related applicable discipline.
- 7+ years of process team experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in monoclonal antibody manufacturing.
- Deep technical understanding of Bioprocess Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring others through complex technical processes.
