Sr. Pre-Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Pre-Construction Managers supporting a large-scale portfolio of Quick Commerce projects
• Own pre-construction strategy across multiple active sites, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and launch milestones
• Drive site due diligence activities including entitlement review, utility coordination, zoning analysis, and permitting strategy
• Partner with internal stakeholders to establish standardized processes, scalable mechanisms, and reporting tools
• Manage RFP processes, bid leveling, contractor procurement, and pre-construction budgeting efforts
• Review conceptual and detailed designs to ensure operational functionality, constructability, and cost optimization
• Coordinate with Design, Construction, Launch, and Operations teams to proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Present budgets, schedules, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (Structural, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in project or program management
• Experience conducting financial business case analysis
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience managing construction, pre-construction, architecture, engineering, or development teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing teams who deliver on defined goals and timelines
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Master's degree in Construction Management
• Strong Design, Engineering, or Construction Management experience in the commercial or industrial warehouse industry
