Sr. Planner Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Manage production planning, material availability, and order fulfillment to ensure efficient product release
• Prepare production plans and input planning data into integrated computer systems
• Monitor and control plan implementation, taking corrective action in case of deviations
• Prepare long-term plans and forecasts, including Master Production Schedules (MPS)
• Monitor system accuracy regarding item data, routing, BOM, and planned work orders
• Prepare "Clean to Build" reports and track ECO implementation
• Monitor stock levels and handle stock differences
• Prepare management reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Advise non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests
• Proactively address issues impacting committed ship dates, lead times, and inventory goals
• Coordinate with Master Schedulers to manage product life cycles and material availability
• Drive process improvements within Order Management and represent the department on Customer Focus Teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience in planning or scheduling
• Demonstrated people management skills
• Strong process management skills
