Sr. People Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own significant components of team-level People projects, including data uploads, report development, and enhancement testing.
• Manage data for critical processes such as annual compensation cycles and talent initiative reporting.
• Diagnose and solve moderately complex problems related to HR system data, reporting, and processes.
• Define and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and data quality.
• Act as a key liaison between People (HR) stakeholders and IT teams to drive successful system outcomes.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience working with large HCM platforms.
• Proven ability to manage significant project components with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience with data uploads and advanced reporting within an HRIS/HCM environment.
• Experience working in a support team environment, managing multiple priorities and escalations.
• Ability to work flexible hours to ensure necessary overlap with the U.S. Eastern time zone.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in diagnosing and solving complex functional domain problems independently.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate data validation under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
