Sr. Partner Manager – System Integrators

Responsibilities

• Manage partner relationships and build trusted connections with stakeholders
• Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets
• Execute joint go-to-market initiatives and co-sell/resell engagements
• Enable partner teams on Esri offerings, messaging, and sales motions
• Apply solution selling and market insight to communicate ROI to customers
• Structure and negotiate moderately complex agreements and pricing models

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise sales, partner management, or alliance management experience
• Experience driving partner-influenced pipeline and revenue growth
• Proficiency in solution selling and consultative engagement
• Understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and deal progression
• Experience executing co-sell or reseller go-to-market motions
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements within established frameworks
• Technical familiarity with enterprise software platforms
• Familiarity with Esri technology
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25–50%
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• General knowledge of data science or spatial analysis
• Awareness of marketing tactics and strategies
• Master’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
