Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of strategic Parloa partners, driving partner maturity and successful customer delivery outcomes
  • Build trusted relationships with partner executives, practice leads, delivery managers, and architects
  • Act as a strategic advisor to partners on building and scaling their Parloa services practice
  • Guide partners through complex enterprise AI and CX transformation programs
  • Partner with Account Executives and Partner Managers to support strategic deals and validate delivery approaches
  • Monitor partner-led customer implementations, managing risks and escalations
  • Drive operational rigor including governance structures, success metrics, and executive business reviews
  • Advocate for partners internally while maintaining accountability for delivery quality and customer outcomes
  • Support the evolution of Parloa’s Partner Success function through scalable programs and playbooks

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, or professional services
  • Experience working with global systems integrators, consulting firms, or implementation partners
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise engagements and driving customer outcomes through partners
  • Understanding of enterprise delivery models, implementation methodologies (SAFe Agile, waterfall), and project governance
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with partner leadership and technical teams
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high operational rigor
  • Exposure to AI, cloud, automation, data platforms, or enterprise technology ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with conversational AI, CCaaS, or enterprise automation platforms
  • Experience supporting multi-region enterprise accounts and global delivery programs
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystem models including sourced, influenced, and co-delivery motions
  • Experience building or scaling partner programs or enablement frameworks
