Sr Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Provide discovery support by assisting with document collection, review, organization, and production.
• Perform moderate-level legal research, analyzing statutes, case law, court rules, and procedural requirements.
• Draft litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, deposition summaries, and correspondence.
• Support trial preparation by preparing trial binders, witness files, demonstratives, and timelines.
• Manage case files, calendar deadlines, and track litigation tasks to ensure compliance with court rules.
• Coordinate with witnesses and vendors to locate evidence and prepare exhibit lists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation.
• Proven legal research and litigation drafting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail.
