Sr. Paid Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, and media partnerships to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Lead the influencer marketing program by identifying and partnering with industry creators to expand brand reach.
• Build and scale partner and affiliate co-marketing programs in collaboration with technology partners and agencies.
• Manage paid media programs, including newsletter sponsorships and sponsored content.
• Develop and execute external community engagement strategies on platforms like Reddit to build brand trust.
• Collaborate with demand generation, content, and product marketing teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.
• Track, report, and optimize campaign performance based on ROI and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven track record managing multi-channel paid acquisition programs (search and social).
• Experience building and scaling influencer, affiliate, or partner marketing programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
• Experience managing paid media budgets and external vendors or agencies.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment.
• High level of AI literacy and the ability to utilize AI tools to amplify marketing workflows.
