Sr. P&L Planner

Responsibilities

• Design and build cost planning models that integrate into existing revenue and demand planning frameworks.
• Partner with Network Operations, Finance, and Pricing stakeholders to source cost inputs and align on planning methodologies.
• Build SQL-based analytical models to decompose and forecast costs by mode, lane, and operational driver.
• Develop scalable, repeatable processes to transition the cost planning function from early-stage to mature.
• Identify and quantify margin improvement opportunities through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, navigating ambiguity to deliver results and communicate progress to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management.
• 3+ years of profit & loss (P&L) management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as SQL, Python, or MS Power Query.
• Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem-solving.
• Proven track record of owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related quantitative field.
