Sr. Operations Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls to provide customers with credit card usage information and payment verification
• Provide online technical support and assist customers with various account-related concerns
• Listen attentively to customers to address issues and questions responsibly
• Update account information as requested and transfer customers to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain expertise in product and service knowledge while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Complete required web-based training (WBT) within established timelines

Requirements

• At least high school level education
• Minimum of 7 months of Call Center experience
• Background in Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
• Fluent in English with excellent conversational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or background in Financial services
• Experience or background in Fraud prevention
