Sr. Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product development during the pre-concept stage as the single-threaded Operations owner for innovative Amazon devices.
• Develop manufacturing and supply chain strategies to meet product requirements and optimize cost, quality, and time to market.
• Support product concept development by influencing new product design and architecture.
• Execute development builds by overseeing technical issue resolution and production schedules.
• Coordinate information flow across cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product Management.
• Drive alignment of processes and initiatives throughout the Device Operations organization.
• Provide regular written and verbal communication to leadership regarding program status and decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and managing product tradeoffs.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or above.
• 7+ years of consumer electronics experience.
• Experience working within a global company with multi-country responsibilities.
• Experience writing and publishing technical documents.
• Experience in verbal and written communication for executive-level leaders.
• Experience creating products and services with integrated hardware and software.
