Sr. Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound or outbound operations, managing multiple sub-departments to drive efficiency and profitability
• Direct and mentor a team of Managers, Supervisors, and athletes to ensure high performance and professional development
• Meet or exceed service levels and quality expectations while managing departmental financial constraints
• Optimize staffing levels, scheduling, and work assignments to maximize productivity and meet peak business demands
• Drive strategic priorities and process improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, accuracy, and inventory control
• Ensure a safe workplace by advocating for training and accident prevention protocols
• Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure compliance with company standards and policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Distribution or Warehouse management
• 3-5 years of tenure with Fanatics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems (Word, FMS, DMS, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline
