Sr. Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct inbound and outbound operations, managing multiple sub-departments to meet service levels and quality expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Managers, Supervisors, and athletes to drive high performance and leadership growth.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workload assignment to optimize productivity and meet peak business demands.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, drive revenue, reduce costs, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure a safe workplace by advocating for training, accident prevention, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to report on program effectiveness and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Distribution or Warehouse management.
• 3-5 years of tenure with Fanatics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems (Word, Internet, FMS, DMS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
