Sr. National Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Create strategic partnerships with key national retail accounts to drive brand growth and implement cooperation projects across China.
• Design and implement key account management systems and strategic plans based on market strategy and data analysis.
• Act as the primary point of contact for major national retail groups, ensuring headquarters' intentions are executed across all regional branches.
• Lead negotiations for framework agreements, strategic cooperation assessments, sales target setting, and investment planning.
• Monitor and analyze business performance, adjusting activity strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve KPIs.
• Coordinate internal resources and maintain close communication with both internal departments and key client stakeholders.
• Partner with regional sales teams to provide guidance and ensure the successful implementation of national projects at the local level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; a major in Pharmacy or a related field is preferred.
• 10-12 years of pharmaceutical (OTC or prescription) or FMCG retail sales experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail customer management.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with high execution efficiency and strong interpersonal communication skills.
