About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic omni-channel business plans for the Target account to maximize profitability and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align brand vision with customer goals across marketing, finance, and supply chain.
  • Manage trade spend and plan promotional activations to drive sales and market share.
  • Utilize data and shopper insights to identify business opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct weekly buyer meetings and periodic business reviews to manage sales trends and execution.
  • Optimize planogram recommendations and secure feature placements to drive productivity and space growth.
  • Partner with internal teams to build monthly forecasts and ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of related sales experience with mass accounts, CPG, toys, or entertainment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and exert influence with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience in Trade Marketing, including category management and promotional planning.
  • Previous experience in toy selling.
  • Direct experience working with Target and familiarity with their reporting systems.
