Sr. MOSFET/IGBT Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with product designers to create new device structure ideas and develop necessary MOSFET technologies
• Collaborate with internal process experts and external foundry partners to establish technologies for prototype production
• Design experimental matrices to evaluate and optimize device design against specifications
• Partner with fab engineering teams to generate final design rule menus and electrical parametric specifications
• Participate in fab selection and evaluation for future foundry locations
• Assist Design and Product Engineers with reverse engineering analysis when required
• Act as an internal subject matter expert on semiconductor devices and processes to advise designers

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a technical field
• More than 5 years of experience in the design and process of power MOSFETs
• Hands-on experience with both conventional Bipolar and DMOS processes
• Direct knowledge of semiconductor processes and device layout
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently within a cross-cultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in TCAD simulations
• Experience in semiconductor testing and characterization
• Knowledge of semiconductor packaging
