Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end across all deal sizes
- Close deals with mid-market fintechs and financial institutions
- Build pipeline through a mix of inbound, outbound, and proactive market activity
- Travel across APAC to represent Flagright at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings
- Develop deep expertise in Flagright’s platform and core FCC use cases
- Run high-credibility product demos independently
- Coach and elevate junior AEs and BDRs through deal reviews and direct feedback
- Provide structured market and customer feedback to influence product direction
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with direct closing responsibility
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Industry knowledge in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure
- Existing professional network within Singapore, Hong Kong, or Australia
- Willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
