Sr Mgr, Facilities

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office facilities operations, including building maintenance, workplace security, and janitorial services
• Act as the primary liaison to building property management and landlord operating teams
• Oversee facility repairs, maintenance for base building and business equipment, and project management for construction or furniture projects
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, and vendor management/evaluation
• Implement and maintain workplace safety, security programs, and disaster recovery plans
• Partner with the IT team to manage maintenance for server rooms, UPS rooms, generators, and heavy A/C systems
• Conduct regular assessments of procedures and policies to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
• Manage and develop team members through performance evaluations and objective setting

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive facilities management experience
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing employees
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Working knowledge of building HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire, and security systems
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office product suite
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel as required
