Sr Mgr Corporate Affairs

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated Corporate Affairs, Public Affairs, and Communications strategy for Teva Mexico to strengthen institutional positioning and corporate reputation.
• Design and execute government engagement agendas with key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health (SSA) and Ministry of Economy (SE).
• Manage the media agenda for senior executives and the corporate brand to increase reputational visibility.
• Lead crisis communication strategies regarding quality, supply, regulatory, or reputational issues.
• Implement communication plans for organizational changes and change management to maintain cultural stability.
• Manage corporate social media strategy and the Sustainability/CSR agenda.
• Partner with HR to design and implement Employer Branding and EVP strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Corporate Affairs, Public Affairs, or Corporate Communications within a regulated industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and institutional storytelling skills.
• Expertise in crisis management and media relations.
• Experience with government and industry association engagement.
• Proficiency in internal communications.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

• Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.
