Sr. Mgr, AI Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive global projects to implement AI-based technical systems and optimize manufacturing processes through machine learning and industrial automation.
• Lead the design, integration, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems for industrial automation.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models to automate quality control and enable predictive maintenance.
• Manage the assembly, configuration, and testing of edge devices including Jetson devices, servers, cameras, and sensors.
• Coordinate system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for global IT system migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion AI adoption and ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into manufacturing environments.
• Manage network setup on Linux-based edge devices and ensure proper connectivity (RTSP, VPN, SSH).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product development.
• 3–5 years of professional experience with Python.
• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning and production deployment of ML models.
• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorRT, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Linux, networking, and Shell/Python scripting.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
• Hands-on experience with embedded devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson) and industrial hardware.
• Familiarity with computer vision frameworks (e.g., OpenCV) and object detection (e.g., YOLO).
